Milt Stein was an animator and comic book artist. He worked on a number of titles for Timely’s funny animal comics. From 1944-1946 his art style was even used as the “house” style at Timely. He also worked as an animator at Terry Toons in the early forties. In the 60’s he did character animation on a TV pilot titled Cosmic Raymond. In 1976 he worked on a TV special for ABC titled Days of Liberty. Milt Stein committed suicide in 1977.
