Today, I'd like to introduce a new Archive Alliance, nocloo.com... Dedicated to the work of classic children's book illustrators, this site is a labor of love for bibliophile, Minh Lai. At nocloo.com, you'll find catalog listings of books organized by artist, and galleries of illustrations from rare first editions. Minh has generously offered to donate high resolution, carefully color corrected scans of these precious books to the ASIFA-Hollywood Animation Archive. Other collectors are doing the same... Dan Goodsell loaned his amazing collection of artwork from the Ray Patin Studios to be digitized, and I contributed scans of my own collection of Mexican Lobby Cards.

If you have a wonderful book, video or collection of artwork that you would like to contribute to our archive, drop me an email for our digitizing guidelines. If you have a good quality scanner, you can scan the images yourself, or you can drop the items off at the Animation Archive in Burbank to be digitized. This is a great way to share your collection with artists, students and researchers and use it to make a positive impact on the art of animation.
